workshop tips

Hi!  Here's the video for this week.  Sorry so late!  I hate fighting with technology and also I have been busy.  I hope this reassures you, I don't just talk about stuff, I am actually doing all the things that I am sharing with you so I know what I'm sharing works and is helpful for growing your business.  Today's video focuses on tips to help make your workshops successful.
The video is in two parts.  You will need about 30 minutes to watch both.

Your action for this week is to practice your workshop talk.  It takes practice to naturally incorporate sales statements and booking statements so practice in front of your mirror or with your dog as your audience.  You want to practice so you are comfortable and natural when you do it in real life.
I hope by now you have bookings so that you will be doing your talk live very soon.

A couple other tips that I do not mention in the video but I think are helpful:
1) use only current stampin' up product in your demonstrations.  Do not use retired merchandise or merchandise purchased from Michaels etc.  When you are doing a workshop/private class, you are representing Stampin' Up!.  If you don't convey a complete exclusive confidence in the product, why should anyone want to shop with you?

2) Smile a lot and have fun!
