One phrase I remember from my time at leadership is that
"it is insanity to think that you can keep doing the same thing and get different results"
So often we keep doing the same sorts of things over and over and wonder why we are not getting the results we hope for or want. If something is not working well, change it!! Change what you do to see if you get better results.
