2. Get to know their needs and think how the starter kit may meet their needs. (e.g. extra $? save $? fun community?, access to extra creative inspiration?)
3. Make a list of people who you feel would love the starter kit for any reason
4. Create a cute recruiting package. Here's a super fast one I made:
I put inside a flyer for the starter kit, a list of perks that come with getting the starter kit, my business card, a handmade card or two, (to remind them why they need to get our awesome products) and a personal note from me about why I think the starter kit is perfect for them

5. Hand deliver or Canada Post mail these packets to the people on your list
6. Within a few days, Call, or text the people you sent the packet to and ask them if they'd like to take advantage of the starter kit deal.
This system works especially well when there is a short term recruiting promotion on because then they need to act before the special is over.
It's just sharing what you love and letting people know information that will benefit them.
Easy.
Just remember you have to do all the steps for effectiveness. Don't get all caught up making cute packets that you never get around to mailing them.
Or spending the money mailing them and not personally following up.
Have fun sharing the starter kit! It is a great deal!
