This is a great idea and write up that I got from a fellow demonstrator.  I changed the prices to Canadian dollars and changed the product to the hip hip hooray kit but you could take this idea and use it for any of the simply created kits Stampin' Up! offers.

As I was thinking back on what gave me the guts to hold my first party after many years as a demo and I remember the moment that I heard about simply created kit parties. Sara Douglas (the CEO’s daughter) talked about them at convention and it was a moment that has changed my Stampin’ Up demonstratorship completely. I went from hobby to business demo and have never looked back! This is a perfect party structure for someone who is busy (hello, I work 30 hours per week and have 2 young kids!) and doesn’t want to spend a ton of time prepping for a party.  Here’s a step by step guide to creating your own Simply Created kit party:

Hip Hip Hooray Card party:

Assume 8 guests:

Materials:

•             8 Hip Hip Hooray Card Kits = $24.95 x 8 = $199.60

•             8 Rhinestone jewels to bling the cards = $6.50 x 8= $52.00

•            

Merchandise total for class = $251.60 (HELLO $35 in hostess benefits for you or the hostess!)

Add Tax and Shipping = $312.74

Divide by 8 = $39.09 per person

You can round up to $40 and this is an affordable class for 20 cards!
