Okay, did you see all the free stuff Stampin' Up! is offering? Digital Download, stamp set, fabric! It's so good! BUT there's no chance of winning if you don't play! You must report your booking in order to be eligible for any of the prizes!
Stampin' Up! is so smart. They know that NOW is the time to meet new customers in the home party setting because people want to shop now. So many reasons to craft for the holidays and it's a great time to shop for Christmas gifts. Plus meeting all these new faces will give you a head start for sale-a-bration sales in the new year! This bookathon is for YOU! It helps YOU!
Here's my tips to help you make the most of this bookathon.
1) Make a list of potential hostesses. Don't limit yourself. Think of anyone you know, perhaps people you sent the mini catalogue to or anyone who wants to support you or anyone who's invited you to a home party.
2) What am I going to offer them? (hints, SU November special FREE full size ink pads in a whole colour family with a $575 workshop. consider adding your own incentive)
3) e-mail a personal e-mail (no mass, generic e-mail to everyone in your contact list). Let them know you are in a contest and are looking to book a private card class and will they help you? Tempt them with the type of class or a photo of projects you could do. Offer them a couple of dates and let them know you will be contacting them on Saturday to firm up the date.
Of course, if you see any of these people in person, you will ask them in person. Or facebook specific people or text certain people. Or call people. The key is the make contact now and FOLLOW UP! It's better to follow up and get a no rather than not following up at all because you don't want to miss out on the YES!
4) if you have downline, communicate the urgency and fun-ness (sorry, I know that's not a word) of this challenge to them so that you can all play together. Consider making a team goal.
5) GET THE DATE! when you are talking/communicating with your potential hostess. Let them know you need the date so you can enter into the contest.
If, as a team, we get 17 bookings registered, I will have a special PMS night just for those that participated (Pizza, Music and Stamping!)
