1) Advance to your next title (e.g. bronze elite, silver, silver elite etc)
or
2) Achieve 1800 CSV quarter sales and have two new recruits
or
3) Reach your first 900 CSV in total career sales (this allows our newest team members to have the opportunity to achieve this challenge too!)

When you advance in title what do you receive from Stampin' Up!
Extra bonus depending on your title. At Bronze Elite you receive a 5% bonus--that means a 25% commision/discount instead of 20% That's huge!!!
At silver you receive quarterly 2% product bonus plus an advancement pin
At silver elite you receive access to Centre Stage and backstage events, a cash deposit to celebrate your advancement, product bonus, sales bonus, free event and more!
