Come to Stamptacular!

There's been some questions about the big upcoming event: Stamptacular so I will endeavor to answer them here.  Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.  The main thing to know is that you should register.  :-)  You shouldn't miss it because it's a great opportunity to give yourself some creative fuel and for those of you who want some help in meeting your quarterly minimum, you will get tips to help you do just that!

Q: What is Stamptacular?
A: Stamptacular is a full day Stamp Camp type of event which will be filled with crafting inspiration that includes make n takes, demonstrations, inspiration samples, and a light lunch.  A guest speaker, Ronda Wade will be sharing her Stampin' Up! journey with us which will not only be inspirational but will also help us with our Stampin' Up! business.


Q: What is the date for Stamptacular?
A: There are actually two parts for Stamptacular.  Part 1 is on Friday March 1st at 7:00pm.  This will replace our monthly team celebration and will include the aspects that we are familiar with (e.g. giving out stic bucks, make n takes, snacks, raffles)  The cost for this Friday portion is the same as our usual team celebration meeting: $5 payable at the door.  This part is only open to Team S.T.I.C members.  Our guest speaker Ronda Wade will be doing the inspiration portion of the meeting.
Part 2 is the following day on Saturday March 2nd and will run from 9am-4pm.  Demonstrators, customers and guests are all welcome.

Q: What is the cost?
A: The Team S.T.I.C member cost is $55 if you pay on or before Feb. 1st.  After Feb. 1st, the cost is $60
Non-Team S.T.I.C ticket price is $64 early bird and $69 after Feb. 1st

Q: When is the last day to register?
A: The last day to register is Sunday Feb. 17th

Q: Who should attend?
A: Everyone who loves crafting and everyone who needs a break from the regular stresses of life.  This is a particularly great event to invite your customers to because it will give them a great view of the versatility and range of products that Stampin' Up! offers and will also help them see how fun it is to be a part of the Stampin' Up! family.

Q: How do I register?
A: For convenience I have set up an online registration system for you and your friends/customers/fellow demonstrators.  This is a simple process and allows you to pay with your visa or mastercard.  The web address is here: www.stamptacular.eventbrite.ca
Please note, there is a small service charge for using the online registration.  I am fine if you want to electronic money transfer to me at genevieve.ko@sympatico.ca or drop cash to me in person however I will be holding to the cut off dates and cost. 

Q: I am a Team S.T.I.C member but I live far away and want to attend both the Friday night and Saturday events.  What housing options are available for me?
A: I would highly recommend that Team S.T.I.C girls attend both the Friday and Saturday session if possible.  I expect there will be a few girls who want to bunk together to save the driving back and forth.  Let me know if you are interested in sharing a hotel or sleeping in someone's basement and maybe we can work it out!

Q: Where will Stamptacular be located?
A: Both the Friday night and Saturday sessions will be held at the Flying Dragon Life Centre at 30 Vogell Road in Richmond Hill.  It is centrally located near the 404 highway.
UPDATE: unfortunately Flying Dragon Life Centre has given up the lease on their space and we have had to find another venue.  We are very close to firming up our new space and will update you as soon as it is confirmed.

Q: Who is Ronda Wade?
A: Ronda Wade is a Stampin Up! demonstrator with more than 11 years of experience.  She has received numerous incentives and awards and is currently serving on the Stampin' Up! advisory board.  She has a successful training business for Stampin' Up! demonstrators and will be sharing her knowledge and experience with us on this fun and creative stamping day.  www.rondawade.com
