How is March going for you?
My March is crazy busy full of workshops and my husband is leaving for Nicaragua tommorrow for 9 days. How will I survive without him?
Needless to say I am excited, busy, happy, nervous all at one time! I am so curious to see how my March will finish up (how many free stamps can I get!?) and know that even though I am busy now I need to start planning how to make my April just as I want it.
This is your call to actions for this week.
1) Follow up with anyone who has shown any interest in the demonstrator starter kit and let them know that there is only a few weeks left for the $150 and free paper promotion. Perhaps invite them over to stamp with you and show them your demonstrator magazine that you get every month, show them all the beautiful samples on stampin connection...Have the paperwork ready.
And...Don't forget to ASK them if they would like to sign up.
I followed up with one girl a couple of days ago. She had said she was interested in January but then decided she wasn't ready and she said she would get in touch with me. She never did contact me again but I checked in with her this week and she said she is now ready to sign up. She's never come to any of my classes, she blocked me from sending newsletters to her since she said she wasn't ready, but I followed up and ta dah she's excited and ready to go. So, you never know. Follow up and ASK.
Remember our team challenge for this month is that you will get a special make n take if you recruit.
2) For those of you with downline, look at your reports and see who is not meeting their quarterly minimum. Contact them personally and find out what their intentions are and if there is any way you can help them to meet their minimums so they can keep receiving their demonstrator benefits.
Here is a copy of a letter that Patsy Waggoner shared at Leadership of what she sends at the end of a quarter.
Hi (Demonstrator’s Name),
Time passes so quickly, and I just wanted to drop you a note to remind you that this is the last month of the quarter. According to my records, you still need to submit sales in order to meet your $400 quarterly minimum.
Go to the Stampin’ Up! demonstrator website home page. On the right side you will see a box that says "My Key Stats"; beneath that you will see a line that says "Amount to meet quarterly minimum requirement." This is the amount you will need to submit by the end of the month to stay active.
Be sure and submit the sales before the last day of the month.
Phone orders may be placed until 7:00 PM (MT).
OEX orders may be placed until 11:50 PM (MT). OEX is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. However, the "day" ends at 11:50 PM (MT) for computation purposes.
Orders received after these times become part of the next month's business.
Please do not wait until the final hours or minutes of the month to place orders. Because of potential circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that the phone lines and/or the demonstrator website will be available.
If you do not meet this requirement, you will go into pending the next month. During the pending month you will have the opportunity to meet the amount of sales missing from the previous quarter in order to regain active status.
Please let me know how I can help or if you have any questions.
